Peter Kruder
After graduating from the music school in Slovenska Bistrica, Peter Kruder continued his education at the Secondary School of Music and Ballet in Maribor. He completed his clarinet studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana in 1992 in the class of Professor Alojz Zupan. After completing his clarinet studies, he continued his saxophone education at the Secondary School of Music and Ballet in Maribor in the class of Professor Oto Vrhovnik, graduating in 1999 from the Academy of Music in Ljubljana under Professor Matjaž Drevenšek.
He perfected his knowledge in seminars with professors: C. Delangle, J. Y. Fourmeau, J. D. Michat, E. Rousseau. He is a co-author of the national saxophone curriculum, a writer of propositions and a member of commissions at national and international competitions, and a Professor of Saxophone at the Maribor Art Gymnasium. His pupils and students are the recipients of first prizes in national and international competitions and established artists and educators around the world.
