Informations for the competitors

Dear competitors,

please register at the Competition Office upon your arrival at the School, if possible at least two hours before your performance. Please note that in accordance with the instructions of the Civil Protection Headquarters, all competitors over the age of 12, mentors, tutors and parents must have a valid EU digital Covid certificate or a negative test not older than 48 hours. We also ask that no more than 5 people accompany each of the candidate who will attend the competition. Due to the epidemiological situation, the number of listeners of the competition in the halls where the competition is held is limited. In the large concert hall of the Varaždin School of Music, the maximum number of allowed persons is 25, as well as in the large concert hall of the Croatian National Theater in Varaždin, while in the small concert hall, a maximum of 10 persons will be allowed. This number includes jury members, competitors and a piano accompanists.

All competitors of the Varaždin Woodwind & Brass international competition will be able to be tested at the Sv. Nikola at a promotional price.

This year, too, it is possible to order a recording of your performance at the Competition Office. Diplomas, certificates and medals will be available at the Competition Office at the same time as the published results, so please collect them in person.
