After the deadline for applications
After thorough checking of the applications received, the Competition Office will contact each of the applicants, confirming the correctness and completeness of the application or asking for clarifications or additions.

Audio and video recording
The Organiser shall retain all the rights to video and audio recordings for all the events in the competition halls. All other forms of recording constitute a violation of the provisions of these Regulations. After registrating at the Competition Office, all the participants have the oppurtunity to order the USB device with the recording of their performance.
Diplomas
The participants or the representatives of the participants are obliged to receive the prize at the award ceremony. The final results are announced after the award ceremony. The unclaimed diplomas and awards are retained by the Organizer and shall not be sent by post.
